Within 7 days of receipt of your LITHIA™ ORDER if any reason a case arrives damaged, or you are not happy with LITHIA™ call or email us on the next business day, and we'll make it right. We will return the product and refund your payment or make a replacement upon your request. Please inspect packages upon receipt.
